Common Login Issues

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on "Forgot password?" below the login form
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password
  6. Use your new password to log in

Note: The reset link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

Can't Remember Your Email?

If you've forgotten which email you used to register:

  • Try common email addresses you use
  • Search your email inbox for "BusinessPH" to find registration emails
  • Contact our support team at support@businessph.co.nz for assistance

Account Not Verified?

If your account hasn't been verified yet:

  1. Check your email inbox for a verification email from BusinessPH
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. If you can't find the email, check your spam/junk folder
  4. Request a new verification email from the login page

Account Pending Approval?

New accounts require admin approval before you can access all features. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.

You'll receive an email notification once your account has been approved.
