BusinessPH is a community platform connecting Filipino businesses and organizations in New Zealand. To maintain a positive environment, all users must follow these guidelines:

• Respond professionally to reviews
• Report inappropriate content
• Keep your listings up to date

Don't

• Post false or misleading information
• Harass or discriminate against others
• Spam or post irrelevant content
• Create fake reviews
• Violate others' privacy

Listing Policy

All business listings must comply with the following requirements:

Eligibility

Must be a legitimate business or organization
Must have a connection to the Filipino community in New Zealand
Must operate legally within New Zealand

Content Requirements

Accurate business name and description
Valid contact information
Appropriate images (no copyrighted material without permission)
Correct category classification

Prohibited Listings

Illegal products or services
Adult content or services
Weapons or dangerous items
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Multi-level marketing schemes
Discriminatory services

Review Policy

Reviews help our community make informed decisions. Please follow these guidelines:

For Reviewers

Only review businesses you have actually used
Be honest and fair in your assessment
Focus on your experience, not personal attacks
Don't include offensive language or content
Don't post fake or paid reviews

For Business Owners

Respond professionally to all reviews
Don't offer incentives for positive reviews
Don't create fake reviews for your own business
Report reviews that violate our policies

Policy Enforcement

Violations of our policies may result in:

Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
Content Removal: Violating content will be removed
Listing Suspension: Repeated violations may result in listing suspension
Account Termination: Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

All enforcement decisions are made at our discretion. Users may appeal by contacting support.

Policy Updates

We may update these policies from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of BusinessPH constitutes acceptance of the current policies.
